The spindle is a finely machined piece made of high-quality 45 # carbon steel, which has been forged, normalized, precision machined, and inspected through flaw detection; The machining process of the spindle is as follows: forging and pressing → blank inspection → rough machining → heat treatment and inspection → mechanical performance testing → precision machining. The spindle has undergone two inspections and mechanical performance tests to ensure its excellent quality.
The two ends of the main shaft are supported by double row centripetal spherical roller bearings, and the bearing seat is made of cast steel, with temperature sensors installed inside the bearing seat. The spindle and hub are assembled with interference, and the hub is connected to the drum with high-strength bolts, avoiding stress concentration caused by milling keyways on the spindle and improving its strength, effectively improving the service life of the spindle.
The drum is made of 16 manganese steel plates with excellent welding performance, which are assembled and welded into the drum. After vibration aging treatment, it is finely processed;
The brake disc is positioned from the assembly diameter to the drum, with hinge bolts for axial positioning. High strength bolts are used for connection, which is convenient for transportation and disassembly. The brake disc is bolted to the drum and processed with the supporting surface in one go, and is marked with installation marks to ensure that the deviation of the brake disc is within the design requirements. Sufficient thickness of the brake disc ensures its strength, stiffness, and high thermal capacity, This ensures that the heat generated by the friction of the brake shoe on the disc surface does not accumulate too much, ensuring the braking performance of the brake shoe, while also ensuring that the brake disc will not deform due to overheating.
